What should I have ready for the appointments?
At your appointment, please provide:
• A valid, government-issued photo ID
• All documents that need to be notarized (unless you purchased the printing package)
• Any additional signers or witnesses, if required
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, major credit cards through Stripe, and electronic payments such as CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
What is your policy on rescheduling appointments?
You can reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours in advance without any additional fees. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
Do you offer refunds if there is an error with the notarization?
Notary in a New York Minute does not offer full refunds for our services. Any errors on documents Notary in a New York Minute will take 100% responsibility to get notarizations corrected at no expense to the customer.
However, partical refunds (up to 50%) may be issued provided Notary in a Notary Public is responsible for any demonstrable error that cannot be resolved by re-notarizing the documents) within 15 days after the appointment.
Do you offer document shipping services?
Yes! We offer both ground and expedited document shipping options for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.
Do you offer package deals for multiple documents?
Yes, I provide discounts for multiple document notarizations. Contact me with the details of your needs, and I will offer a customized package deal.
